another week, another round up!!

(This post does contain affiliate links.)

This is probably one of my favorite things to do, even though it’s been a while since I’ve written a weekly round up! Each week, I will round up my favorites and share them with you all! That could be anything from easy dinner ideas, essential oil blends, my favorite products and more!

Enjoy!!

Budget Friendly Laundry Swap

Finding a good, clean laundry detergent can be hard. I used Thieves laundry detergent for a while and while I did love it, I couldn’t keep up with it. Real talk over here, I can’t spend $30 on clean detergent that would only last me about a month and a half. So, I decided to try some other brands. I came upon 9 Elements at Target and I LOVE IT! Best yet, it’s $13.39 for 65floz. That bottle can last me about a month and a half. And if you have the Target Circle app, keep an eye on coupons! They will throw out $3 dollar off coupons making it even cheaper! Don’t worry, your clothes won’t smell like vinegar after using it but you’ll feel great knowing your clothes aren’t filled with chemicals that can mess up your endocrine system! Win win!

This week I wanted to try something I’ve never done before. And that was making my own syrup! And man, it came out amazing and was super easy. Makes me wonder why I haven’t been doing it long ago. This week I made a Cinnamon Dolce syrup!

Cinnamon Dolce Syrup

1 cup of water

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cane sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

Splash of vanilla extract

Add all ingredients except vanilla to a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add some vanilla extract and cool. Store in refrigerator for 10 days. // 2 tbsp per cup of coffee with 1/2 cup cold milk

Enjoy!
