These past few weeks have been crazy busy for us. These past few weeks have been crazy busy for us. Prepping for the opening of the Vailsburg campus has kept us very busy. But yesterday it was all worth it.

We had 3 powerful services. Two at @marltonag and 1 at @vailsburgag . God is doing some great things here in New Jersey and we are blessed to a part of it.

I know it’s a day late, but Happy Resurrection Sunday from the Perez Family. We celebrated Gods goodness, faithfulness, and sacrifice yesterday with friends and family. It was a perfect day. ❤️

Now, I’m off to spend the week with my family. I’ll be taking this week off social media. See you next week Instagram Fam ❤️❤️

I originally bought this kit to get rid of candles I originally bought this kit to get rid of candles in my house. I just had Lily a few months prior and knew that she would be moving around more soon. So in an effort to keep her safe, I ditched the candles for oils.

Once I made that change, I started learning more about the health benefits of oils. And my journey began from there. It was a really simple reason to start. And this kit made it really simple too. It’s a great tool kit to start your journey.

No matter where you are in your health journey, this tool kit is for you. And you’ll have me as your partner, going alongside you and helping you in any way I can!

Have questions about this kit? Leave them below! Ready to start your journey? Click the link in my bio or send me a DM and I’d be glad to help!!

| ANXIETY | I shared on my stories last night a p | ANXIETY |

I shared on my stories last night a prayer and a verse on anxiety. I decided to share a few more today.

I’ve been dealing with anxiety for some time. I’ve gotten a good handle on it but lately it’s been coming back more than normal. And I’m not for that. Yesterday was a rough day for me. I felt so anxious that I had chest pains. Now, nothing was actually wrong. But for some reason my anxiety creeped in and I couldn’t shake. At church last night, during our pre-service prayer time, I just sat in my chair praying. Asking the Lord for His ultimate peace. Then, Philippians 4:6 came to my mind. I pulled it up on my bible app and just praying that verse over myself.

While I was praying, I started to think about about how many people deal with anxiety. Especially christians. Listen, anxiety is not of the Lord. Not in the least. It is a normal feeling that we as humans experience but it is not of the Lord.

When you start feeling anxious, pull out these verses and pray them over yourself. Cast that spirit of anxiety out. It has no place within you. Ask the Holy Spirit to give you His ultimate peace. A peace that transcends all understanding.

Save these verses so that you can come back to them when you need them!

Who deals with anxiety? What is your favorite verse on anxiety? How do you deal with your anxiety?
This year, I have decided to focus on my health. I This year, I have decided to focus on my health. I’m 30 this year and let’s face it, I’m not getting any younger!

After the Daniel Fast in January, I decided to make changes to my diet. I started reading and learning about how to heal my body and I gotta say, it was a lot more like unlearning. I know not a lot people may not agree with certain things I start to share but thats okay. Everyone’s body is different. What works for me, may not work for you and vice versa.

The first big change I made was learning what foods my body can actually process. I used the app “How To Eat Right For Your Blood Type” to find out this information. There is also a book that you can get and it goes over the same information but in greater detail. I really just needed a list of foods that I should avoid honestly and the app gave that to me. Once I knew that, I started cutting down on certain things. For example, my body doesn’t process a lot of meat well. Which honestly sucks because I love meat. But I have noticed that in making that change, I no longer feel crazy bloated or sluggish all the time.

Like I said, this is a journey that I’m on and I plan to take you guys along. I love health and wellness and that doesn’t just mean oils or non toxic products. I can’t wait to keep sharing what I’ve learned and what steps I’m taking in this process.

I started this study last week and I love it so mu I started this study last week and I love it so much. It’s based off the book of Haggai which is only 2 chapters long. 38 verses. That’s it. This study breaks it down to a few verses a day. It really helps you dive into the text deeper because you’re only focusing on just a few verses a day. I will normally read the whole book before I look at just the few verses for that day.

I’ve read this book a number of times already and it is blowing my mind. If you’re not familiar with the book of Haggai, here is a super simple and quick breakdown. The Lord speaks to his people through the prophet Haggai and basically says, “what are you doing? Don’t you notice that nothing is going your way and yet you don’t look to me for help? You’re living your life and building up your own homes and yet my temple lies in ruin.” (This isn’t literal just my take on what happens btw)

So instead of complaining and making excuses, the people hear the word from Haggai and agree. They repent and immediately begin working to restore the Lords temple. But something that I really love about this book is that the Lord promises that He will be with them in the work. I love how quickly they realized that they were wrong and they repented.

If you have a chance today, sit down and read Haggai. It won’t take you long at all. This book is really changing me and the way I view the Lord. It’s almost like this book can be a wake up call. To wake up and realize that I need the Lord. I can’t do anything on my own. I need to repent for trying to go about life like I can control things and that I’m good. I need to repent and turn to the Lord daily. And His promise is that He will be with me in my daily walk.

Take 20 minutes today to read Haggai and just dwell on His word. Read it again. Then again. Highlight what sticks out to you. Don’t rush through it. Let His word speak to you.
| TAKING A BREAK | I’m not normally good at tak | TAKING A BREAK |

I’m not normally good at taking breaks. I’m naturally a workaholic. If I don’t have something to do I will find something to do. As I’ve gotten older, I still struggle with taking breaks but I’m getting better.

As moms, we have to be on all the time. Cooking, cleaning, taking care of the kids and husband. It’s a tough job. You have to be selfless. You have to sacrifice. And that’s why, I always tell newlyweds, wait to have kids until you’re ready to be completely selfless and ready to sacrifice. Sacrifice sleeping in on the weekends. Sacrifice lounging all day on the couch. You have be ready to make a meal or prep a snack at any moment when your child comes up to you and says their hungry.

Now, don’t get me wrong, this job is totally worth it. But it has showed me how much more important taking breaks are. Because you’re constantly on the go, you need to be able to have a time to sit and relax.

So just remember moms, take a break today. Sit in silence, read a book, take a bath, something. Just relax and take a break.

Don’t get up and clean. Just sit and breathe ❤️

Sharing 5 tips for new moms on how to quiet the noise around them. You guys, being a mom isn’t easy. And there are so many people out there that want to speak into your parenting. If you aren’t firm in your decisions, these outside opinions will get into your head and you will begin to doubt yourself. You will begin to think you aren’t good enough or that you can never make the right decision for your child. Let’s stop that! Check out my blog post for a full explanation of these tips and start implementing them! Click the link in my bio to give it a read!

Let’s be supportive of other moms no matter if you agree with their parenting decisions or not. We all come from different backgrounds and cultures so our parenting styles will of course be different! And that’s okay! Let’s just support each other!

What is something that you doubted as a new mom but have since become confident in? I’ll go first: As a first time mom, I shamed myself because I couldn’t breastfeed my daughter like I wanted to. My body stopped producing no matter what I did. Once I finally realized that “fed is best” and that formula was okay to give my daughter to make sure she was full and happy, I became so much more confident. That confidence helped me in other areas of motherhood.

Share yours below! Let’s share some confidence today moms!
