A few of my favorite non-electronic toys!
I don’t know if you’re like me or not, but I do get annoyed when my tv is on for long periods of time during the day. And when my toddler gets into moments where she is actually demanding tv time or throwing a tantrum because I told her no, it’s time for a little mini detox!
Which means that I need to have plenty of non-electronic toys on hand to keep her busy. So I gathered a short list of toys/games that we have on hand to give you an idea of what to have for your little one when you want them to have some tv-free play time!

We bought this originally for a roadtrip. I saw someone online share it and had to buy it! Now? Lily uses this at home or in the car, doesn’t really matter where. She loves that she can draw on it then press the button on the bottom to erase it and start all over. This does come in a blue color for boys!
My mother bought this for Lily as part of her birthday gift and she loves it! We’ve never taken this on the road before but it will be part of our toy collection for our next road trip for sure. Thankfully, she still loves this movie so hopefully this will last her a while longer!

Now please don’t think we never use electronics in this house because we definitely do. But there are moments where we all need a break from electronics and this is where this collection comes in! This also doesn’t include all the coloring books, crayons, markers and books that we have on hand. If you’d like to see a list of books we keep on hand, let me know in the comments below!
